Our Classes

Foundations

Where all good things begin, start with your foundations. A beginner level class where you can focus on the basics, your breath and finding your core.
All experience levels are welcome.

Dynamics
Pick up the pace and maybe some extra weights while you're at it. If you enjoy an extra push, feeling your muscles burn or even a light sweat, then this is the class for you. This is an intermediate level class, a good understanding of the reformer or previous experience in a Foundation class is recommended.

Stretch and Flow
A bit like doing yoga, but on a reformer.
Longer holds, deep breaths and calming music.
This class is open to all levels and is pregnancy friendly too.

Gentle Movers
A softer, slower approach to Pilates. The focus is more about quality movements to gently strengthen you while providing lots of body loving stretches.

Antenatal & Postnatal Pilates
Preparing new and expecting mummas for the increased demand of motherhood. This class really caters for those preparing their body for birth or for those recovering postpartum. A lot of care goes into nurturing you, from first to fourth trimester.
