Amanda
Pilates was introduced to me almost 20 years ago to help with my lower back pain - and it worked! It's something I've continued to practice on and off since, but the real passion was ignited while living in Melbourne five years ago. I attended my first ever Reformer Pilates class and it was love at first Pike!
Living well has always been a value of mine and led me to study and work as a Sports Therapist, which has really supported the shift to becoming an instructor. I love how Pilates makes you feel, but also the amazing community that seems to come with it.
I completed my training with Unite Health in 2020 and have loved every moment since!

Ally
Living an active lifestyle as a dairy farmer, it has always been important to Ally to maintain her physical wellbeing and also for that bit of "me time". Pilates was first introduced to her while living in Yarrawonga, where she wanted to try something new. It soon became a complimentary addition to her gym routine and lifestyle.
Ally joined our team early 2024 after completing her training with Unite Health and has become an key part of the special community we have here.
Ally finds her teaching rewarding and loves to provide a challenge for any level of experience.

Hannah
"Pilates gave me joy, strength and a sense of connection back to myself after Pregnancy, and i wanted to share that gift with others".
After discovering an injury to her pelvis (postpartum), Hannah was introduced to clinical Pilate as a way to support her body and recover in a safe way. Since then, her experience has let her to become a Pilates Instructor and Birth Doula, giving her the extra edge at providing support for our Ante/Postnatal community. In her words "I loved how inclusive and accessible Pilates felt. It made me realise that everyone can move in a safe, supportive way".
For Hannah, exercise has always been about more than just the physical, "it's about mental health, confidence and feeling good in your own body". Her mission is to guide women back to their bodies in a way that feels safe an empowering.

Chloe
Bursting with energy and enthusiasm, Chloe adds a whole lot of colour to our studio both in her personality and in her teaching offerings. Wellbeing is at the core of who Chloe is. Not only is she a Pilates Instructor, she is also an ED Nurse, a Yoga Teacher and has almost completed her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Chloe believes it's all about your intention for your practice. By bring awareness to a simple movement it becomes more than physical, it's wholistic and wholehearted.

Lauren
'Moving your body is an absolute gift, and finding new ways to do that outside of my usual run or walk routine felt so liberating' says Lauren of her introduction to Pilates more than 4 years ago. Since then, she has also added her Yin Yoga training to her movement repertoire and also Mat Pilates.
You'll notice the warmth in Laurens classes and her genuine passion to connect with others. Her gentle approach to people really inspires the best out of them in their practice and the ongoing ability to be human and connect to self.
We asked Lauren what teaching means to her + what inspires her and this is what she shared:
'To teach is to be part of a community, to hold space for others and to share my time in a meaningful way that values connection and presence with everyone I meet'.

Kirst
Two years ago, Kirst stepped into her first Reformer Pilates class here in Loch, and has gone on to become our very first member turned team member completing her Pilates training course in early 2025.
Movement has always been a passion for Kirst, particularly running and lifting. More recently Pilates and Surfing have entered her realm of movement practices.
