Welcome to Loch Pilates Studio, your sanctuary of movement. We believe that Pilates is more than just a workout. It's a way to connect with your body and mind so you can feel good from the inside out.

 

Our classes are small and intimate, so you'll receive the attention you need to learn and grow your practice. We offer a variety of classes to fit your needs, from beginner to more advanced.

Pilates was introduced to me almost 20 years ago to help with my lower back pain - and it worked! It's something I've continued to practice on and off since, but the real passion was ignited while living in Melbourne five years ago. I attended my first ever Reformer Pilates class and it was love at first Pike! 

Living well has always been a value of mine and led me to study and work as a Sports Therapist, which has really supported the shift to becoming an instructor. I love how Pilates makes you feel, but also the amazing community that seems to come with it.

I completed my Training with Unite Health more than two years ago and have loved every moment since.
